With a background in teaching, school leadership, consultancy and coaching I am passionate about empowering people to navigate their way through the professional challenges they face in the current climate, unlock and embrace their full leadership potential and re-discover, enhance and sustain a state of positive wellbeing, balance and fulfilment in their personal lives.
As a professionally trained coach with the Co-Active Training Institute, widely recognised as the most rigorous professional coach training and certification programme in the industry, my coaching partnerships are predominantly, but not exclusively, leaders and managers from a range of professions and businesses that include education, executive coaching, global banking and sales and marketing.
