With a background in teaching, school leadership, consultancy and coaching I am passionate about helping people to create and sustain lives and careers which are fulfilling and inspiring to both themselves and those around them. I empower my clients to navigate their way through the professional challenges they face in the current climate, unlock and embrace their full leadership potential and re-discover or sustain a state of positive wellbeing, balance and fulfilment in their personal lives.

Professionally trained by the Co-Active Training Institute and certified by the International Coaching Federation, my clients are predominantly, but not exclusively, leaders and managers from a range of professions and businesses. These include global banking, sales and marketing executive coaching and education. To accompany my coaching partners on parts of their life journey and bear witness to their new insights, progress and transformation is a joy and a privilege.
